Another session, another proposal for a massive tax increase

In her first video update from Olympia of the 2024 legislative session, Sen. Shelly Short puts the 7th District on alert about a proposal that would allow annual growth in property taxes to triple. Also, an initiative restoring the ability of police to chase fleeing suspects qualifies for consideration by the Legislature, and may advance to the November ballot.
